Training

The training department of the Pretoria Eye Institute runs a nursing course in ophthalmology, approved by the South African Nursing Council, to nursing staff inside and outside the Pretoria Eye Institute.

Assistance is given to the Ophthalmology Department of the University of Pretoria in the training of ophthalmologists and other medical students.
